Karl has a track record of starting, growing and selling businesses. He has over 20 years’ experience working in the UK, US and Singapore for marketing agencies and also founded Cognito, one of the UK's fastest growing agencies, which he successfully sold in 2008.
Karl is also a qualified Henley Business School executive coach and a mentor for Microsoft Ventures – helping their ‘tech scale-up’ community.
